Cycling Path La Tradotta and BioParco Noè
Created on the old “La Tradotta” railway line between Montebelluna and Susegana, this path was built in the early 20th century for military purposes. It stretches 18 km in length, is 6 meters wide, and has a total elevation gain of 36 meters. It offers a pleasant and accessible route for everyone. Just a few kilometers from the starting point in Guarda di Montebelluna, you’ll find the natural oasis BioParco, a delightful stop for children with horses, llamas, piglets, and owls, as well as a variety of plants and flowers (free entry).

Here, the last great marsh of the Sile River spans 25 hectares, serving as one of the main access points to the Regional Natural Park of the Sile River, a refuge for numerous wildlife species and a paradise for naturalists, birdwatchers, families with children, and anyone seeking a connection with nature.
Trekking and MTB on Montello
In past centuries, Montello was known as the “forest of the Doges” because it was a favored destination for Venetian nobles. Montello is a unique hill with red soil, reaching a maximum altitude of 370 meters, and crossed longitudinally by 21 numbered roads known as “prese,” which wind up one side and descend down the other. The “dorsal” road, about 15 kilometers long, traverses the hill from east to west. Due to its terrain, this area is particularly popular with sports enthusiasts: horseback riding, running, trekking, but especially cycling and mountain biking. For those looking for a less challenging route, at the foot of Montello, the Stradone del Bosco along the Brentella canal offers an easy walking or biking path. Don’t miss the numerous appreciated agriturismos, featuring traditional cuisine focused on local products: radicchio, mushrooms, asparagus, wild herbs, and game, all accompanied by the best wines from the region.

Trekking and Sports on Monte Grappa
A series of trails to discover on horseback, on foot, and by mountain bike. Monte Grappa offers breathtaking views, unspoiled nature, and extreme sports, including paragliding and fly cards. Reaching the summit of Monte Grappa from the plain is truly satisfying. One of the most direct routes is Trail 106, known as the “Direttissima,” which takes about 3 hours to reach the Military Memorial at the top, housing the remains of 12,600 Italian soldiers and 10,200 Austro-Hungarian soldiers—a somber reminder against the horrors of war. For those who prefer a more comfortable ascent, shuttle services are also available.
