Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP
Radicchio rosso di Treviso tardivo IGP is a unique and unmatched autumn delicacy, renowned for its vibrant purple color and elongated, sword-like shape. This fresh, fragrant, and crunchy vegetable offers a subtle bitterness. It can be enjoyed raw, often paired with other gentle flavors that enhance its taste, or cooked, whether baked or grilled. A popular dish is risotto with Treviso radicchio, featured in many of the finest restaurants in the area.
Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP
The white asparagus of Bassano is known for its distinct sweet-bitter flavor, tenderness, and fresh appearance and aroma. Harvested daily at dawn, the asparagus is washed, cleaned, and meticulously sorted by hand, then tied together with a characteristic willow shoot known as “Stroppa.” This unique feature is a hallmark of Asparago Bianco di Bassano, a key ingredient in many exquisite local recipes.
